What You’ll DoOwn Case Execution: Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and mediation statements with precision, enabling attorneys to focus on strategy. Build Case Foundations: Create fact chronologies, deposition summaries, and witness profiles that form the strategic backbone of each case. Conduct Targeted Research: Use Westlaw or Lexis to resolve procedural issues, delivering clear, actionable summaries to attorneys. Engage Clients Thoughtfully:

Lead fact-gathering calls with empathy, ensuring clients feel heard while maintaining professional boundaries. Drive Momentum: Proactively spot delays or gaps in cases and escalate solutions to keep cases on track for swift resolution. Leverage Systems: Use HubSpot, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 to track progress, maintain flawless records, and streamline workflows. What You Won’t DoPerform routine admin tasks like filing or scheduling (handled by case managers). Provide legal advice or case valuations to clients. Wait for direction to identify and fix case bottlenecks. Why This Role MattersEfficiency:

QualificationsWho Are You?You have 2+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in litigation (plaintiff-side employment law is a plus, but we’ll train you on employment law specifics). Paralegal certificate or associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. You’re a detail-oriented master of legal drafting, with zero tolerance for errors.

Proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues and acts without being told. Strong communicator with empathy for clients and clarity for the team.
