【Job Responsibilities】【Job Requirements】 负责仓库日常管理，包括团队人员工作安排、培训考核，确保收货、上架、增值服务、拣货、包装及发货等流程高效顺畅； 2. 管理库存商品，确保进销存数据的准确性，优化商品库位规划，提升仓库使用率，降低库存管理成本； 3. 监督库存商品准确率、日常动盘、全盘、报缺及收发货的及时性与准确性，执行盘点工作并分析结果，提出改进措施； 4. 优化系统作业流程，提升作业时效及准确率，制定仓库工作计划，分析总结团队工作状态，带领团队完成目标； 5. 完善仓库规章制度，规范作业标准及流程，提高工作效率，监督库存报表制定及数据分析，及时向上级汇报沟通； 6. 负责流程优化、KPI监控及报表输出，有效配合公司整体业务运作需求，推动团队达成业务目标【About JD.com】JD.com (NASDAQ: JD and HKEX: 9618), also known as JINGDONG, has evolved from a pioneering e-commerce platform into a leading technology and service provider with supply chain at its core.
