WAREHOUSE OPERATION SPECIALISTWork Location: Muntinlupa and/or San Pedro, Laguna Area.ResponsibilitiesINVENTORY MANAGEMENT & ORDER MANAGEMENTMonitor inventory levels and flag low stock.Replenish items based on usage and reorder pointsTrack expiry dates and batch numbers.Provide regular inventory reports (weekly/monthly).Forecast demand and adjust orders accordingly.Maintain order records.Monitor stock movement (inbound, outbound, returns).Coordinate restocking or pull-out based on client usage.Track delivered or sold items and generate invoices.ASSAY CONSUMPTIONS REPORTINGVisit assigned companies according to schedule.Coordinate with 3rd party to collect assay usage data.Check inventory levels (e.g. consumables).Prepare and submit required reports.QualificationMinimum diploma in logistics, operations, or related field is an advantagePhysically fit and willing to work outdoors as need only (70% office work; 30% field work)Hands-on, practical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsAble to work independently with minimum supervisionResponsible, punctual, and trustworthyComfortable with flexible working hours, including night and weekends if neededBasic understanding of operation safety and inspection standardsPrevious experience in a similar field is a plusIndependent, self-disciplined, self-motivated, an effective team player, and proactive approach to the working environment.Possess basic management, good interpersonal and communicationSalary range: PHP20K-24K per month
