Location: Austell, GACompensation: $ $18.00 w/ $2 shift differentialSchedule: Sun – Thurs, 5 p.m. until doneRole SummaryAs a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. Up to $18.00/hour starting + a $2 shift differential $1,000 Sign-On Bonus just for joining the team!Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employmentEmployee of the Month, Safety Employee of the Month, Quarterly Perfect Attendance Raffle, and Spot Awards!Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for deliveryInbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locationsLoading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficientlyEquipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every stepTeam Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow successClean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocolsFlexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needsDo you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?Are you 18 years of age or older?Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently? Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience?
