This role will support key operational functions including warehousing, facility and equipment maintenance, and compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP). The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in upholding WEP Clinical’s commitment to quality by ensuring all processes meet the highest industry standards.The Ideal Candidate:Strong CommunicatorDetail OrientedProblem SolverAdaptableWhat You'll Do:Assist with the intake, shipping, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, following corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Support inventory management processes, including physical counts and data entry within our inventory system, UnleashedMaintain accurate and compliant documentation for product receipts, customer orders, shipments, and controlled substances in line with DEA and internal recordkeeping requirementsProvide backup support for courier bookings and other logistics tasksHelp with general warehouse maintenance, including equipment upkeep, pest control, and contingency planningOffer administrative support to the Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations teamsMonitor and manage warehouse supplies, shipping components, and related materialsEnsure all work is performed in alignment with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and our internal Quality Management System (QMS)What You'll Need:Previous experience with logistics, supply chain, and refrigeration (preferred)Inventory Management software experience (preferred) Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, package boxes, build pallets, and operate a pallet jackProficient with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and ExcelWhat We Offer:Private healthcare insuranceAnnual leavePaid maternity & paternity leavePersonal development allowanceVolunteer daySummer hoursWhat sets us apart:WEP Clinical partners with sponsors to help patients and physicians gain early access to medicines when no other treatment options are available.
