Warehouse B2B Manager

Job Scope:Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end B2B operations — from order processing, warehouse coordination, to last-mile delivery — enabling Allofresh to deliver consistent service levels, optimize cost, and support sales growth.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily B2B order fulfillment and delivery operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and product quality.Manage warehouse, logistics vendors, and cold chain processes to maintain operational efficiency.Monitor key cost drivers (delivery, breakage, manpower) and implement initiatives to improve margin and productivity.Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply, and Finance teams to align demand forecast, stock planning, and pricing execution.Develop SOPs and dashboards to improve visibility, traceability, and accountability across the B2B operation flow.Lead and mentor the B2B operations team; foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in supply chain / warehouse / operations management, ideally in F&B or FMCG distribution.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with hands-on leadership style.Experience managing cold chain or perishable products is a plus.
