And as one, we deliver.We’re looking for a colleague to join our new warehouse team in Amsterdam in the position of Warehouse Coordinator. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for leading daily inbound/outbound inventory operations, resolve customer issues, and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced logistics environment.Key Responsibilities:Managing daily picking & packing processesOversee inbound process of goodsInvestigate and resolve inventory variances, overages, shortages, and damages.Act as a liaison between warehouse teams, customer service, and clients to resolve inventory-related issues.Manage customer claims and coordinate scrapping of obsolete or end-of-life inventory.Provide training on inventory systems (PKMS) and ensure compliance with company policies.What we are looking for:Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control in a warehouse or distribution setting with EHS responsibility.Proficiency with warehouse management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.Proven ability to manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and any other language skills are a plus.Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We offer you:13 months salaryParticipation in our global Cash Bonus PlanPension PlanRegular trainings and excellent development opportunities within APL Logistics globallyWorking in an open team with a supportive working atmosphereVarious benefits for birthdays, marriage, childbirth, long service as appropriateOffice located in our Amsterdam warehouseLocal and regional activities focused on employee engagement throughout the year
