Warehouse Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.Plan and organize warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and space utilization.Schedule and prioritize workflow to meet delivery deadlines.Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse employees to maintain high performance.Address and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks promptly.Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to support business needs.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.1 year + experience in warehouse supervision or operations.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations.
