Vivo Energy is seeking a Warehouse Depot Manager to oversee the operations at our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Depot Manager will play critical role in managing the daily activities of the warehouse team, optimizing operational workflows, and maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and product quality for different sites. As the Warehouse Depot Manager, you will develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes and to ensure compliance with the Group HSSEQ & operational standards and Vivo Energy policies. Main responsibilities:
Manage all warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, to ensure efficient processesEnsure stock integrity through accurate stock reconciliation and reporting, ensuring inventory availability to meet customer demand. (in the field and in the ERP)Manage the warehouse contract with the suppliers in line with the company requirementsImplementing and monitoring adherence to HSSEQ management system at the Warehouse.
Monitor/report performance against targets to ensure constant safety and security of all staff, contractors and company propertyManage maintenance of equipment and facilities and implement short/long term asset integrity check/maintenance plansEstablishing and maintaining robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaborative successProvide the first level of troubleshooting response for any failure to avoid any disruption of the supply to the customer and implementing corrective actions to maintain seamless operationsImplement and maintain ISO9001 requirements linked to warehouse activities (distribution & storage)Preparing and managing the warehouse budget, continuously monitoring operational costs and monthly reportingEnsuring that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with local regulations and organizational policiesLeading a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and development to enhance performance and support career growthRequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or engineering degreeAt least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, preferably in the oil, gas, or energy sectorProven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse teamStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimizationExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of HSSEQ regulations and best practicesProficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact effectively at all organizational levelsInterested candidates should submit their applications by 05th September 2025 through below link:
