Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Keeper to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations and proper coordination between procurement, production, and logistics departments.Key Requirements• 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse or inventory management.• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (stock tracking and reporting).• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards for industrial storage.• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks when needed.Main Responsibilities• Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes.• Issue materials to production or maintenance teams as per request.• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.• Organize storage areas to ensure proper labeling, accessibility, and safety compliance.• Report stock shortages or damaged goods promptly.• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, order, and adherence to company policies.
