About the RoleThis is a rare opportunity to build and manage a warehouse from the ground up.

You’ll lead shipping and receiving operations for our event kits, prizes, consumables, props, and production gear — supporting multiple brands under the LOCOMOTIVE umbrella. You’ll collaborate with our operations and production teams and be the anchor for all things inventory, logistics, and warehouse workflow. As LOCOMOTIVE grows, this role will scale alongside it.

Key Responsibilities• Launch and operate a new warehouse facility in Rosedale, Fort Worth• Manage all shipping/receiving of show equipment, prizes, and event supplies• Coordinate with the Production Manager for gear logistics and returns• Implement and manage warehouse systems (Fishbowl, Google Suite, SOPs)• Maintain accurate inventory across multiple event concepts• Develop layout, safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and workflows• Supervise 1–2 part-time warehouse staff (with potential to grow the team)• Prepare outbound shipments and process inbound returns weekly• Manage regular shipping via FedEx, UPS, and other freight providersWhat We’re Looking For• 3+ years in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory roles• Experience setting up or scaling a warehouse operation is a plus• Solid knowledge of WMS systems and tools (Fishbowl, Google Sheets, etc.

)• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Experience with FedEx, UPS, and other major shipping carriers is a plus• Experience with e-commerce shipping platforms and workflows is preferred• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced event business environment• Forklift certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)• Based in or relocating to Fort Worth, TX, near Rosedale areaWhat We Offer• Salary: $65,000–$80,000• Full-time role with benefits• Paid vacation and holidays• Opportunity to shape and scale a critical logistics hub for a growing entertainment company• Collaborative, fun culture with real impactHow to apply Apply here. - https: //forms. monday.
