This includes managing inventory, overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods, and ensuring the safe and efficient storage of products.Essential FunctionsManaging inventory levels and ordering new stock when necessaryPlanning and coordinating shipments, including receiving and dispatching goodsEnsuring the warehouse is organized and tidy, and that products are stored safely and appropriatelyLeading and supervising a team of warehouse staffMaintaining accurate records of all transactions, including inventory levels, shipments, and returnsConducting regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsImplementing best practices for warehouse management and continually looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency.Perform and submit quarterly physical inventories.Other duties as assignedRequiredEducation & ExperienceHigh School or equivalent2-4 years applicable job experienceSkills & CompetenciesStrong technology skills and the ability to leverage technology in work processesStrong communication skills, including written communicationHigh level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlinesAbility to anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely and positive mannerAbility to take ownership of responsibilities and effectively handle interpersonal relationships with othersExcellent managerial, supervisory, and/or leadership skills.
