Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager at Skyford Logistics, based in Sittingbourne. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring efficient use of space and resources. The role includes supervising warehouse staff, implementing safety and quality standards, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing warehouse processes to achieve operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, and logisticsExperience in managing warehouse operations and leading teamsProficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related softwareExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coordinate shipping and receiving activities effectivelyStrong communication and leadership abilitiesUnderstanding of safety and quality standards in a warehouse environmentRelevant qualifications such as a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field are preferredExperience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
