STASSEN EXPORTS (PVT) LTD, one of Sri Lanka’s largest Manufacturers and Exporters of Tea, is looking for a dynamic and competent individual to join our team as a “Warehouse Manager”.REQUIREMENT:The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for handling stocks as per the international standards and increase efficiency to minimize damages and drive active stores productivity by maintaining, checking and updating the stocks accordingly on daily basis etc.The ideal candidate should have a good educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Retail Management/Diploma in Stores Management or related field with a minimum of 10 - 15 years’ experience in a reputed mercantile establishment in all the Tea Trade Stores operations in a Senior Executive/Managerial capacity.Experience in handling automated inventory management systems is required.Good knowledge in IFS, ISO and international standards.Overseeing the efficiency and safe receipts, storage and dispatch of all goods.Maintain accurate inventory, implementation and enforcing health and stores protocols and optimizing work flow to meet operational goals.Develop, implement, evaluate and enforce policies and procedures.Proven ability to lead teams, enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
