This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage people, processes, and logistics, ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently as we continue to scale nationally.What You’ll Do• Lead all Melbourne warehouse operations, goods receival, sorting, processing, and dispatch• Plan and prioritise daily workloads for a small, high-performing team• Maintain accurate digital records (GRM and internal systems)• Coordinate logistics and container loading for domestic and export shipments• Drive workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless service• Support internal audits and TRG’s Quality Management System (QMS)About YouYou’re a motivated, organised, and hands-on leader who enjoys being part of a purpose-driven team.
