Ensure efficient internal supply chain management, accuracy in stock control, safety compliance, and seamless coordination with procurement, finance, and project teams to support organizational goalsDuties & responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy and quality.Accurately document all receipts and stock movements in inventory management systems or approved manual records with full traceability.Maintain organized storage of inventory items following classification, labeling, and safety regulations to optimize space and accessibility.Process and fulfill material issuance requests for various departments and projects, ensuring correct quantities and timely delivery.Conduct scheduled and surprise physical inventory audits (monthly, quarterly, annual) and reconcile discrepancies promptly.Monitor storage conditions, including temperature, humidity, and security controls, to protect materials from damage or loss.Identify, document, and report damaged, expired, or obsolete stock; coordinate with procurement for return or disposal.Implement and recommend continuous improvements to warehouse workflows, safety practices, and inventory management processes.Support maintenance, project, and operational teams by preparing and staging materials and equipment as required.Collaborate with procurement and finance to prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and verify compliance with company policies.Manage purchase advances and ensure timely submission of all required documentation to the finance department.Oversee the full procurement-to-stock cycle, ensuring proper documentation, authorization, and transparency at each stage.Supervise warehouse personnel, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.Coordinate logistics for internal material transfers, outbound shipments, and returns with transportation providers.Maintain accurate records of stock levels, usage rates, and reorder points to prevent shortages or overstocking.Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices, safety standards, and use of warehouse management systems.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to warehouse operations.Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damage reports, and customer or supplier complaints related to warehouse activities.Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation and facilitating physical verifications.Participate in cross-functional meetings to align warehouse activities with broader organizational objectives and project timelines.Monthly and quarterly inventory audit reports.Daily/weekly material receipt and issuance logs.Stock discrepancy and damage reports.Warehouse safety and compliance reports.Purchase order tracking and documentation status.Warehouse staff performance and attendance reports.Inventory turnover and stock aging analysisQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in technical or industrial sectors.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to supervise and motivate warehouse teams effectively.Strong attention to detail and accuracyStrong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control techniques, and ERP software.Familiarity with procurement and finance processes related to inventory management.Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulationsAbility to analyze data and prepare operational reports Join our team and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.
