Warehouse Officer

Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Officer to join our Perth operations team. The role is responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities, including goods receiving, dispatch, inventory control, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and spare parts.Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments accurately and on schedule.Perform goods storage, labeling, and proper placement on shelves.Manage warehouse inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate records.Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure smooth material flow.Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and efficient layout (approx. 300 sqm facility).Assist in basic packing, loading, and unloading activities when required.Requirements:High school diploma or above; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management preferred.Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) or Excel record keeping.Able to operate basic warehouse equipment (forklift license preferred).Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks safely.
