And ensure the operations at the warehouses are completed on time, within budget and to specified quality criteriaIn this Warehouse Operation team leader position You will handleCustomerExternal CustomersInbound and outbound control for all inventory on hand.Deliver on time and within cost upon agreed tolerances.Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.InternalIWS DepartmentEstablish and update plans with actuals and forecasts.Constant improvement and optimization of production means.StakeholderExternalReports to respective stakeholders.Escalate decisions and unresolved issues.Definition, implementation, and enforcement of service in cooperation with product management in Head Office.InternalConstant improvement and optimization of service provided to clients.Coordination of the financial and operational situation locally and internationally.ProcessSales SupportResponsible for all sales development within the division.Establish guidelines applicable to the contract.Analyze market developments.Administration SupportAnalyze costs and cost structure of the product at the country level and derive improvement measures.Manage all procedures and processes for the warehouse to ensure maximum quality in business.Manage manpower and supervisors.Supervise ongoing activities for the warehouse.Assist in accounts receivable collection.Target new customers to join the business.Manage all major accounts and supervise existing and targeted accounts.Generate reports for higher management.Define and analyze financial situations (P&L) for all accounts.Manage the costing budget for the IIS department.Define generic tariffs to charge customers and the percentage of flexibility in negotiation.Approve and investigate all inventory reports and results.Solve problems facing warehouses and customers.Quality & ImprovementEnsure quality is achieved as planned.Enable quality assurance and quality control as appropriate for staff of the Project Department.Ensure the availability of resources essential to establish, implement, maintain, and improve the OH&S management system in accordance with OHSAS standards.People ManagementDirect, motivate, and manage the team.Inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.Interview and select team members.Develop and oversee the performance of team members.Now, Here’s What We Need From YouObservation and requirement gathering skills.Good presentation and meeting facilitation skills.Excellent customer management skills.Good organizational skills.Good motivational skills.General understanding and use of word processing, spreadsheets/databases, presentation software, and the internet.CompetencesCompetency segment ‘Business’Analysis: Analyze costs and cost structure of production at the Project Department level.
