Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform daily production tasks under the guidance of the Production & Warehouse Lead, following all work instructions and standard operating proceduresOperate and monitor a range of production equipment and machinery, including systems for batching, milling, mixing/blending, and packagingAccurately prepare and handle ingredients according to formulation specifications, demonstrating strong attention to detail when selecting and weighing raw materials to ensure product quality and complianceSupport the receival of inbound goods and the loading and dispatch of finished products, ensuring all incoming materials and outgoing orders are checked against delivery and dispatch documentationCarry out operator maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks, and promptly report any equipment faults, malfunctions, or quality concernsAssist in warehouse duties as required, including stock organisation, pallet wrapping, inventory checks, and participating in stocktakesSkills & ExperiencesThis is a physically active, hands-on role involving manual handling of 20kg–25kg bags and pallet handling equipment, requiring someone who is reliable, physically fit, and a strong team playerPrevious experience in stock feed production, assembly, or warehouse rolesValid forklift license (required)Current Australian Driver’s LicenseDemonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in workBasic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerised informationAbility to work with minimum supervision and adapt to a changing environment quicklyAbility to follow written, verbal instructions and complete simple checklists and complete required documentationGood mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting; skilled in general mechanics and safe operation of equipmentAbility to deal with minor problems involving equipment or various situationsYou must pass a drug and alcohol test and be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical if requiredWHY JOIN US?Competitive remuneration and employee benefitsCareer progression opportunitiesA safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment, with access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)This is a Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
