Warehouse Safety Supervisor

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement safety policies and procedures.Conduct regular inspections.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near missesProvide safety training and awareness programsEnsure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)Maintain accurate safety records and reportsCoordinate emergency response plans including fire drills and first aid readiness.Work closely with management and department heads to promote a strong safety culture.Monitor compliance with local and national health and safety laws and company standardsReport safety performance and improvements to senior management on a regular basis Requirements:Bachelor's in occupational health & safety, Environmental, or related field.Safety certification (OSHA or equivalent) preferred.Minimum 4–6 years of experience in warehouse safety or, ManufacturingKnowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident reporting.Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.Ability to enforce safety policies and maintain a hazard-free warehouse environment.
