INGROUP, is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a company in the field of logistics, a,Warehouse / Site ManagerRole: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse / Site Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring that all operations run efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.Key duties and responsibilities:Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shippingEnsure efficient space utilization and maintain an orderly and clean warehouseManage stock control and reconcile with data storage systemsConduct regular physical inventories and audits to ensure accuracyImplement and monitor inventory control systems to detect and correct discrepanciesSupervise warehouse staff, including performance management and professional developmentEnforce health and safety standards and conduct regular safety training sessions to create and maintain a safe working environmentCoordinate and oversee all logistics operations, including transportation, delivery schedules, and route planningWork closely with suppliers, customers, and transportation companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goodsHandle and resolve any quality or delivery issues promptlyPrepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and performance metricsEnsure all shipping, receiving, and inventory management documentation is accurate and up-to-dateRequired Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar roleBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (will be considered as an asset)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent leadership and team management skillsProficiency in warehouse management software and MS OfficeStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operationsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsCost management skillsWhat we offer:Competitive salaryPrivate health insuranceMobile phone & laptopBonus schemeOngoing trainingCollaborative and inclusive work culture
