Warehouse Specialist – Wind Energy Project📍 Location: Ras GharebGoldwind Egypt is seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to support our wind turbine operations at the Ras Ghareb Wind Farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination for turbine materials and spare parts.Key ResponsibilitiesMaterials ManagementManage warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.Ensure accuracy of material quantities and proper documentation.Inbound & Outbound RecordsMaintain detailed records for all inbound and outbound materials, including item description, specifications, quantity, and batch numbers.Inventory ControlConduct regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation.Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports.Warehouse Safety & OrganizationMaintain warehouse safety standards and ensure proper storage of materials.Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficiently arranged.System & CoordinationUse SAP Materials Management (MM) system to track materials and warehouse activities.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to resolve supply issues.Logistics & Customs SupportAssist in coordinating spare parts imports and logistics operations.Support customs clearance procedures to ensure timely delivery of materials.Project Warehouse ManagementManage materials and spare parts for project warehouses and support reporting requirements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.Experience handling wind turbine materials or spare parts is highly preferred.Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written).Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems.Knowledge of logistics and customs clearance processes is a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience in renewable energy or wind turbine projects.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a project site environment.
