Warehouse Specialist

About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Freelance Logistics Warehouse Colleague to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, documenting stock movements, and ensuring accurate record-keeping across all warehouse operations. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient logistics processes and supporting daily warehouse activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Handle goods in/out processes, including receiving, checking, and dispatching materials.Document and log all stock transactions in internal systems or ticketing tools.Maintain warehouse records and reports to ensure full traceability of items.Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or missing items.Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to support smooth warehouse workflows.Adhere to health and safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.Requirements:2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to log tickets and update documentation accurately.Proficient in English and Dutch.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Valid work eligibility in the Netherlands.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.Familiarity with stock control and reporting.Basic computer literacy (Excel, ticketing tools, or similar platforms).
