Warehouse Specialist

Monthly gross salary： 261,588 （HUF)*12 months + 1 month KPI bonusWorking place:2045 Törökbálint, Raktárváros u.9Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for arrange incoming and outgoing of all the materials of warehouse(including machine,parts,tools etc) ,keep well record for all related documents and feedback to downstream node timely；2. Responsible for warehouse onsite management,including shelf management，label management,safety, fire prevention, theft prevention,moisture prevention, dust prevention, and safe electricity use in the warehouse.3. Responsible for conducting regular inventory count, forming an inventory table,analyse, explain & adjust the inventory differences4. Participate in the development of spare parts demand plans.5. Responsible for cleaning and handling follow-up of obsolete inventory materials.6. Responsible for the import and export transportation and inland transportation arrangement of the subsidiary's related goods, coordination and management of transportation suppliers.7. Responsible for customs declaration & clearance and related documents (such as packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin,waybill etc.) of international & domestic transporation, handling of transportation related documents to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and to ensure the documents accuracy and complianc8. Arrange transportation insurance, handle claims, and ensure that risks during transportation are effectively managed.9. Responsible for transportation cost settlement, statistics and control, ensure that the cost is settled in time and in line with the budget10. Ensure that transportation and customs operations comply with the requirements of local and international laws and regulations, to prevent risks caused by illegal operations.Job Qualifications:1.Logistics, finance, management, international trade and other related fields, college degree or above.2.Relative experience for 2- 3 years.3.Software Office;4.Fluent English Communication;5.Familiar with SAP or other warehouse management system;6.Communication and coordination skills, Executive ability ;
