OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Receiving, Quality Management, and Compliance, and to support all aspects of warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a driven leader ready to grow into our next Operations Director, with a focus on building efficient processes, maintaining compliance standards, and fostering a high-performing team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Inventory Management Oversee all inbound shipments, ensuring timely receiving, inspection, and system entry. Verify documentation accuracy (BOLs, packing slips, purchase orders). Manage putaway, labeling, and location control for optimal warehouse organization. Quality Management & Compliance Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to meet internal and external standards. Conduct product and process inspections, manage nonconformance reporting, and coordinate corrective actions. Ensure all warehouse processes comply with safety, regulatory, and company standards. Lead internal audits and support external compliance reviews. Warehouse Operations Support Supervise and train warehouse staff in daily operations, safety, and quality procedures. Support shipping, order fulfillment, and cycle counting activities as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Manage quality control inspection of incoming product Report nonconforming product and take appropriate action as directedLeadership & Development Supervision of 3 to 5 direct reports Ensure accuracy and review of documentation and records Draft of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Forms Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency. Develop and mentor team members for growth and accountability. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Customer Service). Prepare to assume greater operational leadership as part of the company’s longterm succession plan. Qualifications: 3+ years of warehouse or operations supervisory experience. Proven knowledge of receiving, quality control, and compliance processes. Strong organizational, problemsolving, and communication skills. Proficient in WMS or ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Leadership mindset with a desire to grow into higherlevel operational management. Preferred: Experience with FDA, State Board of Pharmacy, ISO or similar QMS standards. Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of OSHA standards.
