Our customers walk out with new items every time they visit any of our stores.Role Purpose:The Warehouse Supervisors lead daily operations of the Recovery Factory to meet throughput, safety, quality, and sustainability targets. They build a capable, engaged team; coordinate with cross-functional partners; and ensure inventory integrity, audit readiness, and timely reporting that supports continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Operations & ThroughputSupervise end-to-end factory workflows to hit the daily/weekly plans.Escalate risks and implement short-interval controls to keep targets on track.Safety, Quality & SustainabilityEnforce HSE requirements, SOPs, and safe work practices across all shifts.Ensure product and process quality standards are met, drive corrective and preventive actions.Uphold sustainability practices in handling, segregation, and recovery.Team Leadership & PerformanceManage staffing, attendance, and productivity for medium-sized teams.Set clear shift goals, review performance and coach team leaders and operators.Recognize high performance and address gaps with documented action plans.Cross-Functional CoordinationLiaise with other teams for operational requirements.Inventory, Audits & ReportingSupport stock takes, cycle counts, and compliance documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.Maintain audit-ready records and assist internal/external audits.Prepare concise reports and operational summaries for management review.Training & Capability BuildingDeliver inductions and refresher training on SOPs, quality checks, and safe work practices.Develop team leaders’ technical and supervisory skills; verify competency after training.Promote a learning culture with toolbox talks and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.5–8 years’ experience supervising warehouse/production operations, ideally in recycling ormanufacturing.Proven ability to lead medium-sized teams (≈30–70 staff) with measurable productivity gains.Proficient with WMS/ERP for inventory and process control; strong MS Excel/reporting skills.Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.Reliable under pressure with effective multitasking and problem-solving.Growth mindset with readiness to take on broader management responsibilities.If you think you are fit for this job position, then apply right away.
