Inventory ManagementMonitor and maintain optimal stock levels to support operational demands.Conduct and reconcile regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.Coordinate stock destructions in collaboration with internal and external partners. Stock ControlSupervise the receiving, storage, and movement of goods in the warehouse.Implement stock control procedures to minimize losses and improve accuracy.Manage transfers, adjustments, and product returns in compliance with company policies. Data ManagementEnsure full alignment between SAP logistics data and 3PL WMS systems.Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.Maintain precise records of all stock transactions and ensure data accuracy. Operational EfficiencyOptimize warehouse space utilization and organization.Implement best practices for warehouse performance and safety.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. Quality ControlVerify incoming stock for quality, quantity, and compliance.Ensure adherence to Kenvue’s standards for labeling, storage, and product handling.Manage expired, damaged, or obsolete stock according to company procedures.
