We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, teamwork, andcommitment to excellence.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the dailyoperations of our fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach, possess strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with our brand partners, ensuring cleararticulation of ideas, active listening, and collaboration to keep all parties aligned and working towardsshared goals.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, inventorymanagement, shipping and receiving, and quality control.Collaborate closely with our brand partners and in-house teams to ensure timely and accurateorder fulfillment, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction.Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training, motivation, and support while fosteringa collaborative and positive work environment.Ensure all warehouse processes and procedures are followed, with a strong focus on safety,accuracy and efficiency.Actively resolve any issues that arise in the warehouse, including order discrepancies, inventoryshortages, and damaged goods, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.Monitor key performance indicators to track warehouse performance, identify areas forimprovement, and ensure goals are met consistently.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that complies with all safetyregulations and company standards.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhanceefficiency and service quality.QualificationsMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related field, with a strongfocus and customer service.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.Proven experience managing a small team with the ability to multitask and manage competingpriorities.Hands-on leadership style with a focus on active problem-solving and improving warehouseoperations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with teamsand customers.Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory management and ordermanagement software Microsoft Office (Word , Excel, One Drive), Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and Shopify.Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and maintainexcellent customer satisfaction.Take proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, both independently and as part of ateam.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations with knowledge ofOSHA safety standardsBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience.Growth opportunities within a family-driven company.Paid time off and holidays.How to ApplySubmit your resume to mpi@maxpapisinc.com with the subject line: “Warehouse Supervisor MPI”.
