We are expanding our Logistics and Warehouse Operations and are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who brings organization, leadership, and an eye for process excellence to every task.In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the seamless flow of materials, from receipt and storage to issuance and delivery, to ensure production runs at full capacity. Whether managing inventory accuracy, improving workflow efficiency, or mentoring team members, your leadership directly supports the fabrication and assembly of mission-critical systems used by the U.S. Navy and global maritime partners.At Jered, your work doesn’t just move materials, it helps power operations that make a global impact.Success CriteriaAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Material Handling team, ensuring every item is received, stored, and delivered with precision and care. You’ll maintain accountability for material tagging, preservation, inspection, and movement, all while promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.Your team will rely on your deep understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, issuing, picking, cycle counting, and inventory audits. You’ll ensure proper training across forklift, crane, and truck operations and drive compliance with all work instructions.The most successful leaders in this role bring exceptional organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to triage and prioritize under pressure.
