Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all activities related to finished goods storage, handling, and dispatch.Ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading of goods in coordination with the transportation team.Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).Maintain accurate records of stock movements using WMS or ERP systems.Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse performance and KPIs.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.Available work for Shift Time, Shift 1 07.00-15.00, Shift 2 15.00-23.00, and Shift 3 23.00-07.00Experience handling high-volume dispatch operations (e.g., 100+ trucks/day) is highly desirable.Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP softwareGood understanding of inventory control principles and logistics coordination.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
