Our customers are life science companies and airlines, and ultimately patients count on us!Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.A VGB is required for this job, therefor you will have lived and worked in the EU for the last 8 years. You currently live in The Netherlands. Please check the commute to our offices: Contour Avenue 77, Hoofddorp. Your employment will be directly with MNX Global Logistics BV. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain inventory control and conduct regular stock counts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Train and motivate warehouse team members to improve performance. Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and sales. Prepare reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise. Education And QualificationsSecondary Vocational Education Additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous. Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Working ConditionsTypically works in a warehouse environment. May require physical activity such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
