Job Title: Warehouse System OperatorDepartment: Supply Chain Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Purpose:The Warehouse System Operator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP platform. The role ensures that all warehouse transactions — including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch — are correctly recorded, tracked, and reported in real-time to support efficient supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP for all warehouse activities.Record and verify inbound and outbound transactions in the system accurately and timely.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (inventory levels, stock movement, etc.).Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate scanning, labeling, and system updates.Monitor system alerts and resolve data discrepancies between physical and system stock.Support inventory control and cycle counting activities to ensure system accuracy.Create and manage system documentation, such as goods receipts, transfer orders, and dispatch notes.Assist in troubleshooting system errors and coordinate with IT or system support teams for resolution.Ensure compliance with company data accuracy and operational procedures.Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements for warehouse efficiency.
