If you're ready for a secure, permanent role where you can implement and optimise warehouse processes, we encourage you to apply!The Role And Your ResponsibilitiesThis is a permanent, full-time contract (38.5 hours per week) with Lantor GmbH in Germany. You will be responsible for the organisation and coordination of the entire warehouse operation. Intensive onboarding and training will be provided in Veenendaal, Netherlands.Key Responsibilities IncludeLeading and coordinating a team of warehouse employees.Organising and monitoring goods receipt, storage, and dispatch operations.Collaborating closely with production planning and other internal departments.Handling administrative tasks such as documenting material movements, transport papers, and inventories.Supporting daily warehouse operations, including forklift driving.Implementing and optimising warehouse processes.Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and occupational standards.Your ProfileWhat We’re Looking ForCompleted vocational training in logistics or an equivalent qualification.Valid forklift licence is required.Several years of experience in warehouse logistics, ideally with leadership experience.Strong organisational and communication skills.Experience with ERP/warehouse management systems is preferred.Excellent German skills are required, with good Dutch and English skills being beneficial.What We Offer YouJoin us for secure employment in an international company with a modern working environment and room for initiative.Contract: Permanent employment contract in Germany (Lantor GmbH).Salary: An attractive gross annual salary between €35,000 and €40,000.Bonus & Overtime: An attractive bonus scheme, and a generous overtime surcharge of 50% on gross hourly wage.Holiday Bonus: A Holiday Bonus of €1,200.Meal Allowance: A generous meal allowance of €640 (equating to €32 per day).Expenses: Overtime compensation for travel expenses available.Development: Training and development opportunities.
