This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and effective communication with service providers.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely and customer-focused resolution of billing cases, in compliance with internal processes and policies.Maintain professional and efficient communication with vendors regarding payments, penalties, and billing inquiries.Collaborate with North America Service Operations to address billing results and process-related issues.Prepare invoices for payment and maintain the invoice tracking database.Manage the penalty invoicing and collection process for warranty service providers.Monitor warranty labor service cases in the MSD system, including sending reminders and managing case status.Maintain and regularly update documentation related to billing and invoicing processes.Required Skills QualificationsStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Confident presentation skills for calls with Service Delivery Managers and executives.Intermediate ability in Microsoft package.
