Job Description

Warranty Manager We are looking for a hands-on Warranty Manager to oversee the warranty and aftersales process for offshore assets and systems. You will be the central point of contact between clients, engineering, service, and suppliers, ensuring efficient handling of warranty claims and driving cost reduction through root-cause analysis and process improvements.What you will do:Manage the full warranty and claims process, from assessment to resolution and supplier settlements.Perform root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, service, and quality teams to improve performance and processes.Maintain client relationships, handle escalations, and act as the warranty interface.Monitor and report on KPIs, budgets, and warranty performance, ensuring contractual compliance.What we are looking for:Proven experience in warranty, claims, aftersales, and contract management in offshore, maritime, or heavy industry.Skilled in supplier negotiations, ERP/BIM/PLM systems, and technical documentation.
