Direct coordination with PMT team before assigned project handover. Explore possibility to maximize MODEC profits and business performance and report to upper Manager for evaluation. Participate in develop risk management plan Ensure compliance of project contract (Sales Purchase Agreement) Plan strategy and maximum utilization of manpower resources to execute project Follow up on RCA report and report any critical/priority items to upper Manager Ensure proper support of the team to insurance claims Participate in “WCN committee analysis"Key AccountabilitiesPlan project execution strategy, activities and resources:To Coordinate with other department to ensure resources available. Ensure project deliver on time. Be able to follow the directions stablished in Project Execution Plan and by Manager.Supervising, monitoring and motivating project team: Leading by example, communicating with team consistently and effectively, develop plan to motivate and stimulate team to reach full potential. Steer tam in clear path to the final goal. Closely monitoring progress ensure on time deliveryResponsible, enforce and promote HESQ during project execution: Complies with the MDOEC HSEQ Code of Conduct. Ensuring resources, development, communication, and implementation of project HSEQ system and performance to corporate HSEQ requirement.Responsible, enforce and promote Ethics and compliance: Ensure compliance of business code of conduct.Establish project risk management process: Establish risk register and Metrix, conduct regular risk identification and assessment workshop, document and ratify risk assumptions,Report to the Manager: Establish execution plan for the activities and follow/adjust according to the progress of the works and challenges faced. Report to upper Manager any risk and impact to the project.QualificationsDegree in any related Engineering.Large experience in Offshore Oil & Gas projects, especially in execution. Good leadership and communication skills to be able to manage a team and interact positively with external stakeholders and with other departments such as Procurement, Engineering, Quality Control and EtcManages the detail technical schedule and job execution progress in order to deliver a quality product, on time and in accordance with mandated requirements at the lowest achievable cost consistent with maintenance of MODEC’ supplier base and deference to the company’s goal of obtaining repeat business.CompetenciesTechnicalEnglish advanced levelStrong Project Management skillsGeneral software skillsMS Project general user knowledge
