Fullstack AI Engineer – WasteHero

And we need a builder. We're looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer who can combine classic engineering skills with modern AI tooling to ship real, production-grade AI agents, flows, and tools – fast. This isn't a research role. This is about building things that work.

What You’ll DoBuild internal AI agents that automate everything from public tender qualification to API-based integration flows. Use OpenAI (GPT-4o), LangChain, n8n, Supabase, and custom Python/Node scripts to develop real, end-to-end flows. Translate domain knowledge (from product, integration, support) into prompt-based tools, scripts, and interfaces. Develop backend logic and connect with our main platform via REST APIs, webhooks, and Supabase. Collaborate directly with our founder, product team, and engineers to prioritize high-impact use cases. Document and test your agents so they can scale across customers, countries, and products. Optionally:

build or connect frontend UIs via Lovable, Retool, or React. Who You AreYou have 2–4 years of experience as a fullstack or backend developer. You've already built real things with AI – agents, automations, internal tools, or API wrappers. (We’re not looking for beginners. )You're comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, REST APIs, and database logic. You’ve used tools like LangChain, GPT, Claude, Supabase, or n8n — and ideally connected them together. You love shipping fast, learning fast, and solving real customer problems. You think in systems. You see the flow between tools, prompts, users, and data. Bonus:
