Position Overview JOB DESCRIPTION The Watch Category Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging locally merchandising and product lifecycle management within the watch category, by supporting the Watch Director as a righthand side.This role will serve as the primary point of contact for regional markets, managing forecasts, supporting local activations, and creating materials for product launches to drive market engagement and sales according to the global strategy.Main FunctionsMerchandising 50% : Drive sales forecasts for the watch category in the region/market. Ensure optimal boutique assortment and product placement and display. Analyze market trends and sales to adjust forecasting and inventory planning. Product Lifecycle Management 30%: Coordinate the preparation and distribution of materials for product launches. Ensure all market teams are equipped with the necessary tools and information for successful launches. Develop 360 product activation plan according to the marketing calendar Partner with cross functional teams to establish strategies for managing overstock and aged inventory. Cross-Functional Collaboration 20%: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations. Provide regular updates and reports to the Watch Director on market activities and performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor or Master’s degree 5+ years of prior Merchandising or Product Marketing in watches Experience in jewelry & watches companies would be a plus Strong 360 project management skills: ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlinesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent command of Excel & PowerpointSelf-Starting approach English mandatory French would be a plus
