THE OPPORTUNITY THAT AWAITS YOUWe are partnering with a leading global consulting & engineering firm who is building leadership capacity within their Water division.They are looking to appoint a Water Infrastructure Executive a strategic leader who will drive growth, operational excellence, client leadership and people development across multidisciplinary project environments.This role is suited to a senior engineering professional who is ready to step beyond delivery and into business leadership influence. The key focus is on strategy, client leadership, operational excellence and people development.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Planning & Business Performance: Driving long-term value through data-informed strategy, operational alignment, and performance optimization across complex environments.Project Governance & Commercial Oversight: Ensuring delivery excellence through robust governance frameworks, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and commercial accountability.Key Account Management & Growth Enablement: Building trusted client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding strategic accounts through consultative engagement and value-driven solutions.Digital Adoption & Change Leadership: Championing continuous improvement, digital transformation, and innovation to enhance agility, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.Talent Development & Succession Planning: Leading with purpose, coaching teams, uplifting capability, and embedding sustainable resourcing strategies to future-proof the business.OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISEBachelor’s degree in civil engineering (postgraduate advantageous)Professional registration (PrEng / PrTech) essential12–15+ years in consulting engineering (water sector advantageous)Strong commercial, operational & leadership exposureExperience leading multidisciplinary project teamsFamiliar with digital tools (BIM / Power BI advantageous)YOUR REWARDSalary range: R1million – R1,9 millionBenefits: Pension, medical aid, Profit Sharing scheme etc.For more roles, please have a look at our website (www.60degrees.com). or follow us on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/10287263/)
