, permanent positionPosition: Customer Service RepresentativePosition Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and requests related to our products and services. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person Provide information and guidance on our products and services Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns Maintain customer records and update information as needed Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance our servicesQualifications:
