Learn more at gradiant.com.About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and hardworking Plant Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain our Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant. This role is essential in ensuring smooth plant operations, meeting environmental compliance, and upholding safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor water and wastewater treatment systems according to SOP.Record daily operational data, chemical usage, and plant parameters.Perform chemical top-up, filter backwash, desludging, and general plant upkeep.Ensure compliance with DOE standards for final discharge and site safety procedures.Report any abnormalities, breakdowns, or modifications to the supervisor.Maintain good housekeeping and compliance with GMP requirements.Support maintenance activities and instrument calibrations.Work closely with team members during shift handovers.Attend trainings, meetings, and follow all HR policies and attendance requirements.RequirementsMinimum Secondary School education or equivalent.Aged 18 and above.Able to work on rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.Good teamwork and communication skills.Own transport and a smartphone.Able to read and write in Bahasa Melayu and/or English.BenefitsTraining provided.Shift allowance & overtime pay.EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions.Career growth opportunities.Gradiant is an equal opportunity employer.
