Record daily financial transactions in the general ledger. Process invoices, supplier payments, and expense reimbursements. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions with accounting records. Support tax calculations (e. g. , VAT, sales tax, income tax) and assist in tax filings.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Support external audit processes by preparing necessary documents. Assist in ensuring financial controls are followed to prevent fraud and errors. Maintain organized financial documents for easy retrieval and compliance. Ensure accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping. Work closely with senior accountants on financial tasks. Suggest improvements in accounting processes to enhance efficiency. Your Strengths And QualificationsYou have a commercial education with a high school diploma (ideally from a HAK).

You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience at a tax consultancy or in the accounting department of a medium-sized company. You have successfully completed the bookkeeping certification. Solid user knowledge of BMD NTCS (financial accounting) is required, along with basic Excel skills. Fluent English skills (spoken & written), German is a plusYou are known for your precise and reliable way of working. You are a true team player with a hands-on mentality and enjoy developing your skills in a dynamic environment.
