Your RoleWe’re looking for a talented and self-driven Interior Designer to join our growing team. You’ll contribute to the delivery of exceptional projects across a range of sectors, supporting all stages of design from concept to documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, has strong Revit and design documentation skills, and is eager to mentor more junior designers while growing within a supportive and innovative studio. You’ll work across multiple projects, coordinate with consultants and clients, and champion thoughtful, impactful design that reflects Watson Young’s values. Your ResponsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate full interior design documentation packages using Revit and relevant softwareManage project tasks independently and deliver high-quality work across multiple phases (concept, design development, documentation)Lead material and finishes selections, assist junior team members, and review documentationLiaise with clients and consultants, attend site visits, and participate in meetings and contract admin where neededMaintain design quality and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and internal QA proceduresAbout YouA Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or equivalent tertiary educationProven experience across all design phases, including large and small-scale projectsStrong technical and creative skills with proficiency in Revit, InDesign, SketchUp, and PhotoshopAbility to manage time across multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and communicate clearly with stakeholdersEmotionally intelligent, self-reflective, and resilient under pressure - aligned with Watson Young’s core valuesHow to ApplyReady to join our team?
