Job Description

Role responsibilitiesManaging the operational aspects of the project throughout its entire lifecycleCoordinating tenders and preparing tracking and control reports, with an emphasis on budget controlWorking in partnership and providing administrative support to the project teamAssisting in coordinating agreements with the planning team/consultants, including working with legal, insurance, and engineering teamsRequirementsFull proficiency in Office and ExcelFamiliarity with Binary software or PriorityPrevious administrative experience in the planning/construction industry (advantage)Task-oriented, ability to learn and work independently, and excellent interpersonal skillsLocationThe office is located in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the ‘Ben Gurion’ light rail station
