Our focus is building, maintaining and continuously improving the culture through prevention, detection and response to compliance issues. We collaborate with several teams to ensure standards are maintained. We manage the due diligence process to ensure our suppliers are compliant.Partner with the bestAs a Sourcing Leader, you are to negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. You need to have thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.You will be responsible for: Leading China team of DM Sourcing and Supplier Quality. Leading supplier selection and development activities to develop optimal supply base. Defining China supplier strategy for direct commodities within our RadSys, UT and Film/DI business. Supporting the Bently project business. Partnering with regional IET Indirect Sourcing organization driving the Indirect sourcing needs for Changzhou Plant. Leading sourcing/buying function to success with focus on cost out, supplier OTD and other key KPIs helping to fuel technical/commercial success. Partnering with BH S2P team, enable and drive innovative tool introduction and execution (ie Ariba). Working with cross-functional teams, providing advice and guidance in sourcing/buying related assignments, processes and strategies. Leading risk management activities and contract negotiations including Sole Source mitigation, T&C, VMI, SSA, payment terms and buying initiatives. Collaborating with the other BU Sourcing Leaders, IET Global Commodity and BU Leaders to leverage global spend and exchange best practices.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have completed Bachelor studies in Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Engineering. Have experience within a sourcing or commodity role with focus and experience on Electronics related commodities. Be self-motivated and willing to take on responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries. Have proven ability to accomplish goals in a matrixed organization, including holding others accountable for commitments. Have excellent project management skills and display the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Be able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Demonstrate negotiation and contract development skills. Show high motivation and influencing skills in matrix organization.
