Ltd., a TREC Holder of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and a Corporate Member of PMEX, as we strengthen our compliance function to uphold the highest standards of transparency and ethics.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure full compliance with PSX, SECP, NCCPL, and PMEX regulations.Review and monitor trading operations, client onboarding, and AML/CFT requirements.Prepare and submit regulatory returns and disclosures on time.Liaise with regulatory bodies and respond to inspection queries.Assist management in developing internal control policies and compliance manuals.Conduct compliance training for staff and maintain updated compliance records.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Law, Accounting, or related field.Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a PSX-regulated brokerage house or financial institution.Strong understanding of Securities Act 2015, Futures Market Act 2016, and PSX rulebook.Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Certifications (preferred): IFMP Compliance & Legal Certification,
