As an individual leader, you will be actively engaged in setting and achieving performance goals, take responsibility for personal action and decisions and seek opportunities for self-improvement and skill development.Position SummaryThe Wealth Advisor position is responsible for personal production goals and customer service objectives for all assigned branches and/or book of business. In addition, this role establishes value-added relationships with clients and prospects to understand their financial needs and to offer solutions for those needs. Using independent judgment and autonomy, the Wealth Advisor should be able to meet basic client investment needs, including growing and protecting assets, funding for a secure retirement, funding for child’s or grandchild’s education, growth above inflation and taxes, protection of assets form unexpected/large scale healthcare expenses, and protection of assets from estate taxes.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesMeets and profiles prospective clients, reviews investment goals, prepares presentations, recommends investment products, follows up on client contacts, and helps customers meet their needs through the sale of investment and securities products.Provides investment/insurance solutions to customers based on a comprehensive financial planning approach that incorporates all assets, goals, time horizon and risk tolerances.Builds strong relationships with customers of the institution, profiles and executes on new business, effectively works an existing book of business, assesses customer needs, and recommends the right combination of products and solutions by consistently using the prescribed sales process.Achieves sales and revenue goals and meets certain professional growth and development goals.Organizes and assists with the delivery of branch seminars and ensures appropriate follow-up to these events.Participates in execution of local marketing development plan.Adheres to all FINRA and insurance rules and regulations, as well as to all company policies.JOB SPECIFICATIONSThree years financial services sales & service experience preferred.Analytical ability to comprehend complex products, services, and related regulations.Must be proficient with personal computers, spreadsheets and selecting databases.Self-starter with high motivation and strong interpersonal skills.WORK ARRANGEMENT: The working arrangement for this position is hybrid. Hybrid work is an opportunity to find the right balance between working in the office and remotely, especially if it supports individual success and the needs of our organization. Hybrid schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business unit needs and may vary by department. Although a remote work arrangement may be authorized, those working in a remote position should expect occasional travel to headquarters or other business locations as necessary for work purposes.Education, Training & ExperienceEquivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in relevant field).FINRA Series Securities Industry Essentials Examination, 7, 63 registrations required: IAR (65/66 or appropriate designation). Continued employment is contingent on maintaining appropriate licenses registrations, and a clean U4.
