Wealth Management Advisory Manager- Corporate Banking

Job Responsibility: The Investment Advisor Helps a team of Corporate Banking Relationship Managers from Junior to Senior grades and resumes full responsibility for the Investment Advice and related work being carried out by the team members. While liaising with key clients and the Relationship Managers directly, the position holder also assumes quality assurance tasks for its team members. The team members tasks include:Assess and evaluate client risk profiles on an ongoing basisIdentify appropriate products from the range of available solutionsConstruct client investment portfolios based on risk profile, available products and prevailing asset allocation modelsRegularly report on performance of client investment profileReview and rebalance client risk profiles on an ongoing basis and discuss proposed changes with clients and Relationship ManagersEducate clients and Relationship Managers on market environment, new products and investment-related processesProvide specialist investment advice and support services to Relationship Managers (RM) and advisory clientsInvestment advice covers single names (equity, fixed income) in addition to funds, structured products, direct investments and derivatives, and Discretionary mandatesVerify that Advisory and Execution trades are properly executed and reflected in AdventAnalyze positions, asset allocation, suitability and propose investment switches or new ideasAct as a second direct contact for investment clients, the IA ensures that more client contact occurs more oftenOversee team activity, Drive revenue, ensure highest quality standards are maintainedAllocate sub-targets and assist segment to achieve their budgetsJob Skills & Qualifications:Min. 7 years financial experienceMinimum 5 years of Investment Experience3-5 years Private Banking experience with investment biasWhat we offer you:Competitive salary package Strong emphasis on work-life balance and wellbeing across the bank World-class Learning & Development platform and career development Generous annual leave entitlement and Private Healthcare Preferential banking facilities for employees
