Position OverviewFor our Wealth Management Team in Austria we are looking for aWealth Management CEE Senior Relationship Manager – Polish DeskResponsibilities:Acquire new clients / assets and develop / manage overall client relationshipAct within professional, legal and ethical boundaries and guidelines, observing all internal and external compliance regulations and code of ethics and conduct; flagging and managing reputational risks and conflicts issuesDevelop the growth strategy for the location/team, ensuring prospecting co-ordination, cultivating centers of influence, etc. to enable and focus Relationship Manager activityWork in close co-operation with Investment Management and Product team heads to define ways to deliver against business targetsDrive own & team’s collaboration and effective coordination with Investment Managers to deliver high quality services to clientsEnsure that the service approach and product offerings consistently reflect Wealth Management’s business model and adhere to the approved value propositionSkills:Seasoned experience as a Senior Relationship Manager in CEEDemonstrated expertise in business developmentExceptional communication skillsIn-depth understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality / secrecy / data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevantRelevant local licenses and qualifications (where applicable)Fluency (written and oral) in English and Polish; other languages are a plusWell-being & Benefits:Socially connected: We strongly believe in collaboration, inclusion and feeling connected to open up new perspectives and strengthen our self confidence and well being.
