Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing to execution and portfolio monitoringConduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligencePrepare investment memoranda and contribute to Investment Committee discussionsMonitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiativesConduct industry and market research to identify new opportunitiesQualifications2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction servicesStrong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skillsSolid understanding of M&A and private equity transaction processesDegree in finance, economics, or a related fieldFluency in French/German
